You will own backend architecture using Java Spring Boot, REST/microservices, Kafka, GraphQL, and cloud patterns, leading offshore/onshore teams, implementing tests, and ensuring performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL Server/Oracle databases.
• Ability to design and review HLDs/LLDs and ensure scalability.
• Cloud architectures knowledge and AWS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable backend systems with high-quality design principles.
• Lead database architecture and optimization for performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and ensure delivery of complex integrations.
• Apply TDD and automated testing frameworks to maintain code quality.
