Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience in Java.
• 3+ years of hands-on Azure cloud services experience.
• Strong cloud-native development and modernization background.
• Distributed systems and microservices architecture expertise.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Build and deploy cloud-native apps using Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop, enhance, and support microservices and REST APIs.
• Participate in architecture, design, and solution discussions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Review code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Create technical docs, deployment guides, and runbooks.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
