Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support Java-based cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate has deep experience in distributed systems, multithreading, and modern CI/CD practices with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

You will build scalable services, integrate with external APIs, and ensure high availability in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional software development experience.
• 8+ years Java development (Java 11/17/21).
• 5+ years Spring Boot & Spring Framework.
• 5+ years RESTful APIs & microservices.
• 5+ years integrating distributed enterprise applications.
• 5+ years OO design, patterns, multithreading, concurrency.
• 5+ years JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSockets & third-party API integrations.
• 5+ years SQL with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• 5+ years troubleshooting performance, memory usage, and production issues.
• 5+ years Git and GitHub workflows.
• 3+ years Azure cloud applications.
• 3+ years Azure App Service, Functions, Container Apps, and Container Registry.
• 3+ years Azure SQL Database, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor, and Application Insights.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipelines and automated testing with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years Maven or Gradle and Docker container deployments.
• Industry certifications in Azure, Java, or cloud technologies.
