Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, is seeking a software engineer to advance development across enterprise applications. The role emphasizes designing and delivering reliable code, implementing automated tests, and enabling AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and security.

You will work with AWS cloud services, containerized environments, and cross-regional teams to ensure robust release management and performance tuning.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience coding in Java and with Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS Cloud technologies and modern SDLC practices.
• Ability to design, debug, and maintain enterprise applications and leverage AI-assisted tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop code conforming to design, standards and non-functional requirements.
• Create unit tests and support QA and UAT, addressing ad hoc queries.
• Implement TDD, automated tests, and CI/CD processes.
• Participate in code reviews to improve quality and security.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices for faster delivery.
• Utilize SDLC tools to drive automation and quality improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Analyze production issues and tune performance as needed.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams and manage change/release processes.
