Archer, in collaboration with JPMorganChase, seeks a Lead Software Engineer to build secure, scalable cloud foundation services on AWS using Java/Go. You will lead design, development, and operations for enterprise-scale workloads and drive AI-assisted engineering practices.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Java or Go, AWS, and a deep understanding of secure-by-design, resilient systems and automation.

Formación

• 5+ years of practical software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in design, development, testing, and operations.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Go and AWS.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, and security best practices.
• Scripting skills and Linux/UNIX proficiency.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering practices is a plus.
