Qualifications

• Hands-on design, development, testing, and operational stability experience.
• Proficient in Java and AWS cloud usage.
• Experience maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database queries.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools and validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and secure handling of inputs/outputs.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design and develop scalable, resilient systems using Java and AWS.
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Utilizes AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and testing.
• Applies SDLC tools to enhance automation and value.
• Produces secure, production-ready code and maintains algorithms.
• Contributes to architecture/design artifacts and data visualizations from large datasets.
• Identifies patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Engages with engineering communities and promotes diversity and inclusion.
