You will work in an agile environment using Java or Python, contribute to data-driven decisions, and assist in AI-assisted development while ensuring code quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in coding in Java or Python.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies including CI/CD and security.
• Knowledge of responsible AI usage and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, resilient systems using Java or Python.
• Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Employ enterprise AI-assisted tools to improve code quality and delivery with peer review and testing.
• Apply SDLC tools and automation to increase value from operations.
• Create secure production code and maintain algorithms in sync with systems.
• Contribute to architecture/design artifacts and data-driven improvements.
• Analyze large data sets to visualize and report for continuous improvement.
• Identify data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities and team culture with inclusion.
