You will lead architecture decisions, mentor a scrum team, and influence delivery of secure, scalable solutions that empower a broad client base.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in computer science or related field.
• 3-5 years of Java, Spring-Boot, RESTful services, cloud development, and micro-UI development.
• Proven coaching/mentoring of junior and staff developers.
• Strong system design skills for mid-to-enterprise scale apps.
• Ability to translate architecture into detailed design docs and roadmaps.
• Experience designing for availability, resiliency, security, and performance.
• 1-3 years using VCS, project mgmt, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficient in IDEs and code repositories.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex multi-platform systems.
• Coach and guide a scrum team on Java and Cloud platforms across frontend and backend.
• Ensure code quality with unit tests and best practices; perform thorough code reviews.
• Drive architectural innovation through PoCs and reusable patterns.
• Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate with offshore teams and testers as needed.
• Develop high-level designs, system and architecture documents with approvals.
• Provide independent leadership to the development team and align with security requirements.
• Configure automated builds and deployments; contribute to cloud CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development practices.
