Tech Mirrors is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Plano team. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot, and lead architectural decisions for scalable microservices across cloud platforms.

You will mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and drive performance, security, and reliability initiatives in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Plano, TX. 16+ years of experience and hands-on leadership are required.

16+ years of enterprise application development experience.
Proven track record designing and delivering complex enterprise apps at scale.
Strong hands-on Java development with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Architect scalable, resilient microservices-based solutions.
Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance across projects.
Build event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous messaging.
Design cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Drive performance, modernization, and platform scalability.
Apply SOLID, design patterns, and clean code practices.
Mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and establish standards.
Collaborate with product, architects, DevOps, and stakeholders.
Resolve complex production issues with long-term fixes.
Contribute to CI/CD, observability, and reliability practices.
