• Proven Technical Leadership / Team Leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with software design patterns and development best practices.
• Strong understanding of application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Experience leading development teams and making technical architecture decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Java and Microservices Architecture.
• Lead the design and development of backend services, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
• Define and implement robust application and technical architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and solution design discussions.
• Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, business stakeholders, and client teams.
