ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Janitorial Manager to provide strategic oversight of janitorial operations across multiple sites. You will lead managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to achieve goals, set cleaning standards, and drive cost efficiency with a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Environmental Services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive janitorial, custodial, environmental services, or facilities management experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial cleaning operations, floor care, equipment management, and custodial best practices.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, workplace safety requirements, and environmental compliance.
• Proven ability to lead multiple sites, large teams, and complex operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and direction for janitorial operations across assigned accounts, facilities, or portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop janitorial managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to achieve operational goals and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain cleaning standards, procedures, and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct routine operational assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
