Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Facilities Management, Business Admin, Environmental Services, or related field.
• 7–10 years in progressive janitorial, custodial, environmental services, or facilities mgmt.
• 3–5 years leading managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and direction for janitorial operations across assigned accounts, facilities, or portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop janitorial managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to achieve goals.
• Establish and maintain cleaning standards, procedures, and KPIs aligned with objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization with operations leaders.
