Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations management preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support frontline teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, labor management, and financial controls.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with frequent travel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Client & Site Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple sites, ensuring staffing, scheduling, and service delivery meet contract requirements.
• Inventory & Supplies: Oversee inventory levels for cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment at each site.
• Financial & Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of site budgets, labor hours, and operational costs to ensure financial targets are met.
