Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) seeks a Jail Diversion Co-Response Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative functions for partners in southeastern Massachusetts. You will supervise clinicians embedded in police departments, ensure documentation quality, and coordinate data reviews while building strong collaborations.

Based in Taunton with field duties, the role advances jail diversion and crisis response programs, supports least-restrictive care, and aligns with grant

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across written and oral forms.
• Proficiency with computers, EHR systems, video conferencing, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and coaching to jail diversion clinicians.
• Coordinate program scheduling and coverage for absences and vacations.
• Provide clinical consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration with police, hospitals, courts, schools, EMS, and community partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with partnering police departments to review performance and trends.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen collaborative partnerships and crisis response strategies.
• Complete required documentation and mandated reports in a timely manner.
