Job summary

The position requires independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with EHR systems. Office and field-based duties support community crisis response.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LICSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CCBC Jail Diversion Co-Response clinicians.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage for vacations, absences, and urgent consultations.
• Offer clinical consultation, case review, and interdisciplinary collaboration with partners.
