Job summary

Conceptions Fertility is seeking experienced lab professionals to support embryology andrology operations. The role emphasizes precision in egg retrieval, vitrification, embryo transfer, and ICSI, with duties spanning semen analyses, cryopreservation, and rigorous QC documentation.

Candidate must have a BS in a related field, 3–5 years of embryology lab experience, and willingness to work weekends/holidays with on-call duties as needed. Background checks will be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in a related scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years embryology lab experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform embryology tasks including egg retrieval, vitrification, embryo transfer, and ICSI.
• Handle and process semen analyses and cryopreservation of sperm.
• Maintain QC records and adhere to quality management policies.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate lab records.
