Job summary

Conceptions Fertility seeks an experienced embryologist to join its lab team. You will perform egg retrieval, vitrification, embryo transfer, and ICSI, with trophectoderm biopsy as a preferred skill. The role requires independent work, strict QC, and accurate record-keeping.

Weekend/on-call hours may be required; a background check will be performed. Strong lab teamwork and patient-centered care are essential in this growth-oriented practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a clinical embryologist.
• Must pass a background check.
• Hours typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday; weekends and on-call may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform embryology duties including egg retrieval, vitrification, embryo transfer and ICSI; note trophectoderm biopsy when available.
• Work independently and follow lab procedures for specimen handling, processing, analyses and reporting.
• Maintain QC records and adhere to quality control policies; communicate issues to the Lab Director.
• Conduct and record semen analyses and cryopreservation activities as part of Andrology responsibilities.
• Document patient care and maintain a safe, compliant lab environment; participate in lab operations.
