Job summary

RedStream Technology is seeking an ITSM Platform Administrator to configure and optimize Ivanti Service Management (ITSM/ITAM) and Neurons, aligning with ITIL processes and enterprise reporting. You will own workflow development, security, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in ITSM with Ivanti ITSM, ITIL certifications, and experience with agentic AI/automation (Moveworks).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or a combination of education and experience that meets our requirements.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on administering Ivanti ITSM or similar platforms.
Advanced ITIL certifications and Ivanti ITSM certification are highly desirable.
Experience with Moveworks (or similar Agentic AI/Automation solution) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the Ivanti platform, including ITSM and ITAM modules, Neurons, Ivanti objects, forms, fields, environments, upgrades, patches, etc.
Implement and manage ITIL-based processes within Ivanti (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
Identify and implement automation solutions to improve user experience.
Support Ivanti integrations with other IT systems to streamline workflows.
Manage Ivanti security, user access, roles, and permissions.
