Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to act as the senior functional authority on complex Ivalua source-to-pay implementations.

You will lead multi-workstream engagements, set solution direction, and advise clients and internal leadership on scope and commercial structure. The role sits in a specialist source-to-pay consultancy advising on cloud spend management for North American clients, including Tier 1 accounts.

Qualifications

• Deep functional expertise in Ivalua across multiple S2P modules.
• Experience leading complex or multi-workstream S2P implementations to go-live.
• Comfort communicating at executive level with procurement, finance, and IT leaders.
• Experience shaping scope, estimates, and SOWs on consulting engagements.
• Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, or account expansion.
• History mentoring analysts and consultants; consulting background preferred.
• Based in Canada or the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex or multi-workstream Ivalua engagements from design through go-live.
• Act as the senior functional authority, keeping the solution coherent across modules.
• Facilitate executive-level design sessions and steer decisions toward business value.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment readiness across workstreams.
• Advise on commercial structuring, scope definition, effort estimates, and SOWs.
• Identify white-space and expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, set expectations, and resolve escalations.
• Mentor analysts and consultants, contributing to methodology and training.
