Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Application Analyst for the Source-to-Pay platform (Ivalua) with integrations to SAP ECC/S4/HANA, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and IFS. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting Ivalua or another enterprise S2P platform.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, supplier management, and contracts.
• Experience building and supporting integrations via APIs, REST/SOAP, SFTP, and middleware.
• Ability to read JSON, XML, SQL, and integration logs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integration engineering & support — design, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations between Ivalua and ERP systems.
• Ivalua platform management — configure and optimize modules like Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Technical issue resolution — diagnose defects and data discrepancies with IT and business teams.
• Testing & validation — co-lead unit, regression, and UAT for features and releases.
• Vendor coordination — work with Ivalua support and partners to prioritize enhancements and resolve bugs.
• Cross-functional coordination — collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT on requirements.
• User support & training — provide Tier 2/3 support and best practices.
• Security & access control — maintain role-based access and compliance controls.
