Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Ivalua workstreams across S2P implementations for North American clients. You will run design sessions, shape the solution, oversee configuration and testing, and ensure go-live aligns with what was sold and is adopted.

You’ll mentor analysts, facilitate workshops with procurement and finance teams, and guide clients on best practices and scope. This is a hands-on consulting role with clear path to Senior Consultant.

Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Ivalua across multiple S2P modules, including hands-on configuration.
• Experience leading a workstream on a source-to-pay implementation through go-live.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and design sessions with client procurement and finance teams.
• Some exposure to estimation or scoping on consulting engagements.
• Solid stakeholder management with day-to-day client contacts.
• Experience guiding or mentoring analysts.
• Consulting background strongly preferred.
• Based in Canada or the US.

About the Role

We're hiring a Functional Consultant to lead workstreams on Ivalua source-to-pay implementations. You'll run client design sessions, shape the solution for your scope, oversee configuration and testing, and make sure what goes live matches what was sold and actually gets adopted.

The team sits within a specialist source-to-pay consultancy that advises on, implements, and supports cloud spend management platforms for enterprise procurement and finance teams across North America. Clients come to them for delivery that holds together across modules and keeps paying off after go-live.

This role is for someone who has already owned pieces of an Ivalua rollout and is ready to lead a workstream end to end, with a clear path to Senior Consultant.
