Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Source-to-Pay Application Analyst to act as a functional-technical expert for the Ivalua platform with integrations to SAP ECC/S4/HANA, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and IFS. This role blends configuration, integration troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and cross functional support.

The analyst works with IT and business stakeholders to ensure stability and full integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years supporting Ivalua or another enterprise S2P platform (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa).
Strong understanding of procure/ sourcing/ invoicing processes and data structures.
Hands-on experience building integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP, SFTP, and middleware.
Ability to read JSON, XML, SQL, and integration logs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations between Ivalua and ERP systems.
Configure and optimize Ivalua modules across Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts.
Diagnose and resolve defects, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
Co-lead unit testing, regression testing, and UAT cycles for updates.
Coordinate with Ivalua support and partners to prioritize enhancements and resolve issues.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT to document specs and support users.
