Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP in San Francisco seeks an experienced Senior ITC Paralegal with deep knowledge of Section 337 procedures to support attorneys across multiple offices handling high‑priority matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience, including substantial ITC experience.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Must live within commutable distance to the firm office and available 3–4 days per week.
• Trial and arbitration experience, ITC proceedings exposure, and strong filing skills.
• Expert knowledge of ITC filings, rules, and related procedures.
• Advanced proficiency with LexisNexis/Westlaw, PACER, and USPTO systems.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms (Relativity, LiveNote, CaseMap, TimeMap).
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, organize, and interpret complex ITC/IP documents.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and exhibits with courts and agencies.
• Manage large-scale discovery, including document review workflows and productions.
• Conduct e-discovery searches and manage document review (Relativity).
• Support deposition prep, including exhibit compilation and logistics.
• Perform factual and legal research using internal systems and external databases.
• Maintain case databases, repositories, and litigation files for ITC and IP matters.
• Coordinate trial logistics, including remote and in-person setups.
• Provide onsite and in-court support during trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and vendors to streamline workflows.
• Monitor ITC rule changes and communicate updates to case teams.
