Job summary

Wiley Rein seeks a Senior Paralegal (Section 337 Litigation) to join the Intellectual Property practice’s Legal Support team. You will manage case documents, deadlines, pleadings, and exhibits while supporting discovery, depositions, and evidentiary hearings for ITC investigations and appeals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with attorneys, docketing, and eDiscovery teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions and compliant handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum five years of substantive litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment, including ITC Section 337 support.
• Experience with intellectual property litigation, e-discovery platforms, and complex technical matters strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive case management and paralegal support for ITC Section 337 investigations and appeals.
• Draft, file, and coordinate pleadings, notices, exhibits, and service.
• Support discovery, depositions, and evidentiary hearings; manage case calendars and databases.
