Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks an International Trade Compliance professional to serve as the Export Control Coordinator (ECC) for SEMS radar programs. You will manage export/import licenses, provide regulatory interpretation, and collaborate with program teams to enable compliant execution.

You will lead Empowered Official activities, train program personnel, and review exports of hardware and defense services.

Qualifications

In-depth ITAR and EAR knowledge with ECCN classifications.
Experience with ITAR exemptions/EAR exceptions.
Ability to interpret and apply complex government regulations.
Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Familiar with LO/CLO Tri-Service releasability process and BATFE regulations.

Responsibilities

Serve as Export Control Coordinator (ECC) for assigned SEMS radar programs.
Prepare, submit, implement, and manage export/import authorizations and licenses.
Perform Empowered Official responsibilities including reviewing and approving license applications.
Develop export licensing strategies with program teams to support execution.
Provide guidance on export authorizations and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
Conduct International Trade Compliance training for program personnel.
Review and approve exports of hardware, technical data, and defense services.
Review EEI filings, reconcile licenses, approve foreign visit requests.
