Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced International Trade Compliance professional to support the Derco RMS-TLS line of business with positions in Milwaukee, WI; Orlando, FL; Stratford, CT; Marietta, GA; or Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on ITAR and EAR compliance, licensing strategies, and coordination with multiple stakeholders across locations.

The successful candidate will draft and manage export license applications and TAAs, interpret complex regulations, and ensure adherence to LM

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of ITAR and EAR with USML ECCNs and exemptions

Responsibilities

Perform International Licensing Analyst duties as primary contact for Derco programs
Prepare, implement, and modify export license applications and TAAs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define licensing requirements and strategy
Provide guidance to ensure compliance with export authorizations and regulations
Research and apply ITAR/EAR provisions; conduct ITC training for program teams
Conduct export compliance self-assessments and review license terms
Review and approve export of hardware, data, and defense services requests
Manage Part 130 submissions and monitor consultant payments
