Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent education and two years of IT work experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of network workstation hardware and software; OR one year of relevant experience as an IT Technician IV in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.
Responsibilities
- Monitor help desk support calls and email requests; document and track issues through the help desk application.
- Identify and resolve technical problems or refer complex issues to higher-level technicians.
- Provide support for desktop systems and peripherals; assist with agency website updates.
- Perform Windows imaging and deployment of desktop systems.
