Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and market availability.
• Build and maintain relationships to support a smooth recruiting process.
• Collaborate with client groups to identify needs and manage all hiring phases.
• Coordinate closing conversations and ensure documentation is complete.
• Identify process improvements and lead recruiting projects.
• Use data to develop narratives that influence stakeholders.
• Present at meetings to improve interviewing and hiring skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies and channels to maintain candidate flow.
• Identify passive job seekers using various tactics.
• Drive timely sourcing and screening, and act as candidate advocate.
• Propose ongoing improvements to recruiting approaches.
