Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Judgment in selecting recruitment methods and evaluation criteria.
• Proactive in achieving staffing team goals.
• Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality recruitment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• ERP/Talent Management or ATS experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking and drive.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead and influence others.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Calm under pressure; handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Hiring Managers to understand needs and role profiles.
• Build relationships with managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
• Partner with client groups to design sourcing strategies and manage all hiring phases.
• Initiate process improvement projects and drive change.
• Use data to tell stories and influence decisions.
• Present at meetings to improve interviewing and hiring skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market data.
• Identify passive job seekers through diverse channels.
• Drive timely execution of sourcing and screening.
• Manage candidate process and advocate for candidates.
• Propose ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.
