Job summary

LS Tractor USA LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Systems & IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and network operations.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, lead IT projects, work with vendors, and help maintain a secure, reliable IT environment across all locations. The role requires 5+ years of IT experience and strong administration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with networking and cybersecurity.
• CompTIA A+ (required) and additional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and backups; administer security practices.
• Coordinate IT projects with vendors and internal departments.
