Job summary

Meriplex is seeking a skilled L2 Systems Analyst to act as a point of escalation for L1 analysts, delivering advanced workstation support and customer-specific applications. You will troubleshoot complex network issues, manage incident responses, and support Active Directory and ITIL security tasks to keep systems productive.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with a scheduled 9AM-6PM MST shift and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and command line.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills for L1/L2 support.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a wide range of users.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of escalation for L1 Systems Analysts.
• Deliver advanced workstation and application support.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and device/user connectivity.
• Administer incident response system reboots and basic OS support.
• Provide second level triage for virtual servers to reestablish functionality.
• Follow SOPs to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Administer Active Directory and ITIL security tasks.
• Deliver scripted application support and end-user email support.
