Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Senior IT Support Administrator to deliver advanced technical support and systems administration for end‑user computing in a hybrid environment. The role includes identity and access management, security controls, and IT operations across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain reliability and security at scale. You will manage AD/Entra ID, automate tasks with PowerShell, support Microsoft 365, VMware, and AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years in IT support, systems administration, or related role
• Experience in corporate/enterprise IT environment
• IT certification will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer and support hybrid identity environment (AD and Entra ID) for secure identity services
• Manage end-to-end user lifecycle: onboarding, role changes, offboarding
• Provide advanced Windows, macOS, and Linux support as escalation point
• Diagnose issues across hardware and platforms: laptops, desktops, servers, devices
• Improve endpoint security with EDR, backups, patching and deployment
• Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
• Support cloud services in Entra and AWS, including VMs, networking, access
• Troubleshoot networks: IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Maintain VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter)
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks
• Enforce security best practices and respond to incidents
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement
