Mason) is hiring a Senior Systems and Network Administrator to design, implement, secure, and support our infrastructure across servers, cloud services, networks, and cybersecurity platforms. The ideal candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, working within an environment that includes industrial software, regulatory frameworks, and secure remote access solutions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in systems and network administration.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows desktop OS.
• Experience with virtualization, backup/recovery, and shared-storage technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, Veeam, Pure Storage).
• Knowledge of security practices, logging/monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and support server, cloud, virtualization, storage, backup, network, and security infrastructure.
• Develop practical system/network architectures balancing security, reliability, and cost.
• Configure routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and secure remote access.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot complex system and connectivity issues.
• Plan upgrades, patches, migrations, and tech refreshes.
• Support least-privilege access, segmentation, logging, and security controls.
• Support customer control systems and industrial software environments.
• Design and support secure tunnels and remote-access for sites.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO, and other frameworks.
• Maintain diagrams, inventories, change records, and recovery docs.
• Test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
• Collaborate across security, applications, OT, and business teams.
• Automate admin tasks and lead infrastructure initiatives.
• Occasional travel and after-hours/on-call support may be required.
