Job summary

Greenworks Tools is seeking a Senior IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist – Manufacturing to lead on-site IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user support for the Morristown facility.

The role collaborates with IT Infrastructure, Plant leadership, and business systems teams to align with cybersecurity standards and enterprise architecture, ensuring reliable and secure technology for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of approximately 5–7 years of progressively responsible IT experience in systems administration, networking, infrastructure, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments and enterprise services (AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience supporting LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, firewalls, and cloud-connected services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior on-site technical resource for IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology within the Tennessee manufacturing operation.
• Support local IT infrastructure in accordance with enterprise IT standards and architecture.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes with Greenworks IT Infrastructure and stakeholders.
