Job summary

OpenTalent seeks an IT infrastructure professional to support ongoing maintenance, RTB and incident requests across global systems. You will collaborate on medium-to-high complexity RTB and project efforts, representing functional capabilities and driving solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet project goals, with opportunities for knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in Information Technology or related area.
• IT certifications preferred.
• Manufacturing IT experience recommended.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing medium to high complexity maintenance, RTB support, and Incident Service Requests for the assigned global infrastructure area.
• Provide solutions for RTB and project efforts of medium to high complexity.
• Serve as a project resource on application and infrastructure projects representing functional capabilities.
• Assist with gathering requirements, creating recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet project requirements.
• Provide knowledge sharing as an SME, writing knowledge articles, mentoring, and job-shadowing.
