AMETEK NSI-MI Technologies in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Senior IT System Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure, applications, databases, and networks at the Suwanee location, with some responsibilities across the business unit. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years IT experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, hands-on with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong project management skills from planning to sustainment.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Intune/AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Ability to present technical information clearly to managers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, databases, data storage, and telecoms.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and system drivers; solid PC and server knowledge.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation, maintenance, and daily IT operations.
• Configure and support workstations, servers, laptops, printers, and devices.
• Manage assets, monitor performance, and recommend upgrades and vendor support.
• Maintain security, reliability, and availability of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Liaise with Corporate IT to ensure standards and change management alignment.
• Coordinate server/network administration across departments and remote sites.
• Develop backup procedures, recovery processes, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and access controls.
• Maintain Deltek Costpoint ERP and related database environment.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement to enhance processes and efficiency.
