Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently with multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong project management skills from planning through implementation.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Windows Server, Intune/AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, databases, and telecom systems.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT infrastructure and related business systems.
• Configure and support workstations, servers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Manage assets, evaluate performance, and recommend upgrades.
• Monitor security, reliability, and availability of IT systems.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT for alignment with standards and governance.
• Manage servers, networks, and devices across departments and remote locations.
• Develop backup procedures, recovery processes, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and change-management.
• Maintain Deltek Costpoint ERP environment and updates.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution for critical systems.
