Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Systems, Data & Compliance to lead administration, security, and strategic evolution of enterprise business apps, data analytics, and compliance initiatives for ~200 users in a $100M+ aerospace/defense org.

The role blends hands-on system administration with data strategy, BI, project leadership, and SOX/NIST/CMMC compliance, acting as the primary liaison among business leadership, IT, finance, manufacturing, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting Deltek Costpoint or a comparable enterprise ERP system.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, and SSMS.
• Experience developing and administering Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
• Project management capabilities: planning, scheduling, testing, risk management, stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, CUI, SOX or comparable regulated environments.
• Strong business analysis, process improvement, analytical problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining system reliability, project documentation, compliance readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and access to export-controlled information and source code.

Responsibilities

• Administer Deltek Costpoint ERP and designated enterprise apps.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, patches, tests, backups.
• Monitor interfaces, automated jobs, data transfers, and integrations.
• Provide end-user training and support for system changes.
• Lead data governance, BI dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
