The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing IT, with strong Windows Server, AD/Intune, and Costpoint experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Intune/AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ERP/Costpoint and database administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Configure and support workstations, servers, and network devices per standards.
• Manage hardware/software assets and evaluate performance for upgrades.
• Ensure security, reliability, and availability of IT systems for operations.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT to align with standards and governance.
• Maintain Deltek Costpoint ERP environment, including updates and hot fixes.
• Lead IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
