Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Systems, Data & Compliance. You will administer enterprise applications, drive data strategy, BI analytics, and regulatory compliance across a 200-user environment in a $100M+ Aerospace & Defense setting.

The role combines hands-on system administration with data governance, BI leadership, and project management, reporting to the business leadership and IT teams. This is a do‑er role with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting Deltek Costpoint or a comparable ERP system.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, and MS SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience developing and administering Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.
• Project management capabilities including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, CUI, SOX or comparable regulated environments.
• Strong business analysis, process improvement, analytical problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining system reliability and compliance readiness.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. and access export-controlled information and source code.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Deltek Costpoint ERP and designated enterprise business applications.
• Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, patches, testing, backup and recovery activities, and application support.
• Monitor interfaces, automated jobs, integrations, data transfers, and system processes.
• Develop and maintain enterprise BI capabilities using Power BI and related technologies.
• Lead enterprise projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives including CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171.
