• 5+ years' experience supporting enterprise IAM
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience troubleshooting identity lifecycle issues
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure solutions
