OneDigital in Atlanta is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (Level 3) to provide advanced escalation and systems administration across the enterprise IT environment.
The role focuses on Windows endpoints/servers, AD/Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM, and on-call support, with a hybrid in-office schedule 3–4 days per week.

The Senior IT Engineer (Level 3) is an experienced technical resource providing advanced, escalated support and systems administration across the enterprise IT environment. This role serves as a Tier 3 point of escalation for complex issues spanning endpoints, servers, networking, identity, and cloud collaboration platforms—resolving issues that fall outside the scope of Level 1 and Level 2 support.
This position is based in the Atlanta, GA area and follows a hybrid schedule, working in-office 3–4 days per week. The Senior IT Engineer partners closely with the broader IT Support, Infrastructure, and Security teams to maintain a stable, secure, and well‑documented technology environment, while mentoring junior engineers and helping to continuously improve support processes.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
