Job summary

Immuta, a data provisioning company, seeks an IT Engineer to architect multi-cloud environments and drive AI platform adoption. You will partner with teams to turn business problems into automated solutions, while strengthening security, governance, and scalability across infrastructure.

You will work on a range of technologies from cloud platforms to SaaS, IAM, and endpoint management, with opportunities to mentor others and influence IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience including user support.
• 4+ years in systems administration or engineering.
• Proficient in macOS environments and SaaS management.
• Understanding of ITSM and IAM fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and related tooling.
• Hands-on with AI tooling and business problem automation.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership of deliverables from start to finish.
• High-touch customer service mindset and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT engineering projects across cloud platforms, AI, and endpoints.
• Design and build agents, automations, and workflows with stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Work in IT Service Management, handling incidents, changes, and assets.
• Resolve escalated issues from user support staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
