Job summary

Immuta, a data provisioning company, seeks an experienced IT Engineer to architect and govern multi‑cloud environments and drive adoption of internal AI platforms. You will partner with teams across the company to turn business problems into working automations, while mentoring the IT team and upholding strong security and governance.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Columbus, OH at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience, plus some user support background.
• 4+ years in systems administration or engineering.
• Experience in macOS management and SaaS apps.
• Knowledge of ITSM and IAM fundamentals.
• Proficiency across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and cloud tooling.
• Hands-on with AI tooling, creating agents or automations.
• Strong requirements gathering and impact analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Own deliverables from start to finish.
• Customer-focused with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT engineering projects across cloud platforms, AI, and endpoints.
• Architect and govern multi-cloud environments and AI platform adoption.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Operate within ITSM to manage incidents, requests, changes, assets, and knowledge base.
• Resolve escalated IT issues from support staff.
• Partner with non-IT stakeholders on operational improvements.
