Fenix24 is one of four battalions fighting threat actors on the front lines of the global cyber war. As part of The World's First Civilian Cybersecurity Force, Fenix24's army of specialists delivers ransomware restoration and recovery services to restore operations effectively and efficiently. Fenix24 provides assurance of recovery in the event of a cyberattack, leading to full restoration of critical infrastructure, data, and systems with minimal downtime and financial loss.
About This Position
The Lieutenant is the senior workstream leader for Fenix24 ransomware restoration events. They oversee technical workstreams of client engagements from a restoration perspective, requiring technical acumen, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. Lieutenants manage work teams, provide guidance, oversight, and report to the Cell Major. They work directly with internal teams, engineering staff, digital forensics partners, external breach counsels, and stakeholders to resolve networking and infrastructure issues to restore client environments. Support is provided to clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications, Requirements & Skills
Competent level skills in routing/switching, including port configs, static routing, and device identification via ARP/MAC.
Advanced skills in VMware, firewall configuration, backups, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, including building environments, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Proficient skills in Active Directory, troubleshooting features, and domain roles, with full reconfiguration capabilities.
Expert skills in XDR/EDR deployment and management, forensic collections, including troubleshooting deployment, alerts, and analysis.
