Job summary

US Hose is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and support its IT infrastructure across manufacturing operations, ERP, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities include server/network management, end-user support, cybersecurity, MES/ERP, Power BI dashboards, data models, and integration with manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications include a 4-year IT degree, 3+ years of IT experience, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, networking, Power BI, data modeling, and SQL; cloud certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT administration or systems support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
• Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, networks, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for operations, quality, inventory, production, and leadership teams.
• Support ERP systems, MES platforms, barcode scanners, shop floor PCs, and production technologies.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
