Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Ability to present complex data in meaningful method, i.e., charts, graphs

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary representation in implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Provides oversight for incidents, problems, requests and changes within the focus area.
• Leads and coordinates across applications for high impact vendor changes and ensures quality outcomes.
• Mentors Analysts and coordinates cross-training to meet customer expectations.
• Maintains expert knowledge of Epic modules and related documentation.
• Plans projects and tasks across applications and communicates status to stakeholders.
