Job summary

Qualified applicants must have specialized experience at or above GS-12 level and understand system performance evaluation, business process analysis, and requirements development.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience directly related to the position.
• At GS-13 level, one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 or equivalent.
• Creditable specialized experience includes: planning, design, and implementation of information systems; evaluating system software; business process analysis and requirements development.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet business requirements.
• Develops evaluation techniques to monitor performance of the system software.
• Performs ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved business processes; consults with customers to identify and specify requirements; develops requirements and specifications; conducts feasibility studies.
