Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to join the Business Transformation practice in a fully remote setting.

You will lead large IT projects, coordinate budgets, and act as a technical liaison with stakeholders and executives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of technology or business administration experience, Epic SER/Provider Records expertise, and strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field with five (5) years technology or business administration experience.
  • Epic SER/Provider Records (Advanced): Hands-on experience with Login Blueprints and SER Blueprints, ePrescribing/Surescripts, External Directories, Care Teams, and Record Merges
  • Incident/Problem Resolution (Advanced): Experience triaging and resolving tickets during business hours
  • Stakeholder/Customer Communication (Strong): Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Independent Problem Solving (Strong): Self-directed, with a track record of resolving issues with minimal oversight
  • Documentation/Change Control/Testing (Intermediate)
  • Certifications: Epic Provider Administration badge (Required - No Exceptions)
  • Epic Security certification (Strongly Desired)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with and participate in leadership coordination and management of activities required to operate direct or advise a client department or equivalent organizational structure
  • Coordinate project division and/or department budgets and provide appropriate financial reports and metrics for making department decisions
  • Independently manage multiple large-scale IT internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close including resource management risk identification and mitigation quality assurance and change control
  • Must have broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes in order to make necessary decisions regarding hardware software or technology agreements
  • May serve as subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals on behalf of the client
  • Routinely interface with department committees and executive leadership and provide IT performance reports with strategic recommendations
  • May serve as liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative for client IT in national industry events
  • Ensure communication between and among business proponents, stakeholders, and IT Leadership regarding assignments
  • Lead or contribute to the improvement of established guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies
  • Demonstrate effective group facilitation team building and conflict resolution skills
  • Develop proposals and business plans that ensure quality IT solutions and delivery

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior IT Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

  • Master Data Management Principles (Intermediate): Source-of-truth ownership, provider/identity matching, duplicate management, data synchronization, and governance of provider and facility data

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $215,000 or the hourly equivalent.
