Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day IT operations across the New England branch.
• Provide technical guidance to local IT staff and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support infrastructure, security systems, and end-user technology.
• Support system availability, backups, disaster recovery, security, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and support procedures.
• Plan and implement technology upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Evaluate new technologies and automation opportunities to improve reliability and security.
